Ho trovato su youtube questo documentario a colori sulla Prima Guerra Mondiale; è a colori ed è stato fatto in collaborazione con l'Imperial War Museum, quindi è di ottimo livello.

The events of 1914-18 are authoritatively narrated by Kenneth Branagh, who presents the military and political overview, while interviews with historians add different perspectives. The human cost is conveyed by moving interviews with the now very elderly survivors, and by extracts from letters and memoirs. All aspects of the war, on land, sea and air are covered in separate programmes.

Primo video di Command Ops Highway to the Reich
Ho fatto un altro video con Command Ops, ma stavolta ho preso una delle missione comprese in Highway to the Reich. L'azione dei paracadusti è stata una piacevole variante tattica rispetto alle azioni di sfondamento di Battle for the Bulge. Il gioco rimane comunque molto bello, spero un giorno o l'altro di giocarci in multiplayer.
PBEM Fortress Italy episodi 10, 11 e 12
Continuo il PBEM a Combat Mission Fortress Italy. Ho preso tre delle zone obbiettivo, ma ora mi trovo di fronte ad una nuova posizione fortificata con bunkers a trincee; un tentativo di prenderle di slancio è fallito, ora dovrò raggruppare le truppe, far avvicinare l'osservatore e scatenarci sopra i mortai da 107. Speriamo bene.
