Rilasciato upgrade 2.0 per Battle for Normandy
http://www.wargamer.com/news/7428/combat-mission-battle-for-normandy-v2.0-upgrade-released
Battlefront.com announced today that the 2.0 upgrade for their WEGO turn-based strategy game Combat Mission: Battle for Normandy is now available. The upgrade includes features from Combat Mission: Fortress Italy, as well as a new exclusive feature that allowed scenario designers to hand-pick specific uniforms for a unit.
Additional features of the 2.0 upgrade include:
Moveable Waypoints
Ability to assign special uniform types for select units types on a unit by unit basis.
Target Armor Arc Command
Expanded Floating Icon Categories
"Fog of War" Floating Icons
2D Editor Map Overlay
Auto-Assemble Road/Wall/Hedge Tool
Camera Jump to Groups
Target Briefly Command
New Rendering Shaders
Bump and Normal Mapping
Improved Framerates
Pausable Realtime TCP/IP Mode
...and more!
To get the 2.0 upgrade, click here: LINK
Just a note that the 2.0 upgrade is not a standalone game and requires Combat Mission: Battle for Normandy to play. It is also not an update, but a purchasable upgrade for $10 (plus shipping and handling if appliable). Battlefront has mentioned that in the meantime, Combat Mission: Battle for Normandy v1.0 base game is available at a special price for $35, with the upgraded 2.0 version being made available at regular price in the near future, with 1.0 being phased out.
DCL Red Turn per Unity of Command
E' uscita la prima dlc per Unity of Command, l'easy wargame operazionale uscito l'anno scorso e che ha avuto un buon successo.
LA trovate su steam a 10 euro.
Dying days of the Stalingrad Campaign saw the Wehrmacht reeling under heavy blows. The battle of Kursk will now see them pursue an offensive agenda for one last time. Soon after, as the strategic initiative swings in favor of the Soviets, you are tasked with liberating the motherland in command of victorious Red Army forces.
Gigantic Soviet campaign featuring 17 scenarios
Two standalone Axis scenarios including Zitadelle, the Battle of Kursk
Four dedicated PvP scenarios including the tightly contested Korsun Pocket
39 different types of units modelled, including Panther and T-34/85 armor
Heavy-hitting late war specialist steps such as ISU-122 and Tiger II
Great for modding, with Unity of Command 1.04 featuring a scenario editor

Annunciato IL-2 Sturmovik: Battle of Stalingrad
http://www.pcgamer.com/2012/12/11/il-2-sturmovik-battle-of-stalingrad-announced/
Word comes through from 1C that the Russian publisher is teaming up with 777 Studios, creators of the Rise of Flight series, to form 1C Game Studios. This new developer’s first project will be IL-2 Sturmovik: Battle of Stalingrad, the next game in the highly regarded (well, except for Cliffs of Dover) series of World War 2 flight sims.
The game will focus on the Eastern Front between 1942 and 1943. According to 1C, “the battle of Stalingrad was an important turning point for both the Soviet and German armies in WWII, with the air war playing an important role in the outcome.”
The announcement promises both single and multiplayer scenarios, and teases “brand new gameplay modes.” The team are prepping for take-off in early-2014.
The company also makes excited promises about what flight sim fans can expect from the new studio. “This partnership is also a turning point for the combat flight simulation genre that will streamline development of flight-simulation products and allow collaboration between former competitors.” Which actually sounds rather sinister.
Certainly both IL-2 and the WW1 focused Rise of Flight have been well-received critically, and having the two studios reaffirming their commitment to the genre can only be a good thing. And Rise of Flight fans should have no fear of being grounded. 777′s head, Jason Williams, has promised the team will also be producing additional content for the title.
